- Responsible for site maintenance and content production for Crane’s website and online retail store as well as back-end integration and data warehousing.
- Design and develop content for several business divisions. Work closely with business managers to perform needs assessment and develop formal recommendations.
- Participate in developing business requirements, design & functional specifications, and usability acceptance testing.
- Assist in marketing initiatives using search engine optimization, email marketing campaigns, pay-for-position advertising and direct feed marketing.
