Have you seen the Justine Ezarik video on YouTube where she opens her first AT&T iPhone statement? It was delivered in a box and weighed in around 300 pages.
In response to this video and similar videos AT&T recently sent a text message to all iPhone users stating that “We are simplifying your paper bill, removing itemized detail. To view all detail, go to att.com/mywireless. Still need full paper bill? Call 611.”. And they will surely save a few trees too!
